I initially provided a 1-star review stating I neither received my order nor received responses to my email attempts to resolve this issue. But I had to come back and note that my emails were responded to, and I did not see them. Additionally, the Sterling Ink Team quickly resolved the issue once they were made aware. They did such a good job I placed another order, and it was received promptly. Additionally, I decided to subscribe to the monthly kit as the items were so nice. I understand that mistakes happen (on my part and the delivery service), and while no one can control the USPS, it is great to have the assurance that when things go wrong, the company will work to resolve it and do what they can to fix the issue. You have a lifelong customer! Thanks again.
