Review of Sterling Ink Products
Dear Sterling Ink Team, This is my second year using Sterling Ink products, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The paper quality, design aesthetics, and overall functionality have truly elevated my planning routine. The way the planners balance creativity and practicality is unmatched. Can‘t say much about the products since I never received them. A delivery attempt was made (according to DHL) but apparently I was not at home ( I was though). Contacted Sterling Ink like they advice you to do and all I got told was that it‘s not in their hands anymore and I gotta take care of it myself. So, I did and asked DHL for an investigation. That was 4 weeks ago and I haven‘t heard from them since (I ordered everything on 03.06.2024) I‘ll probably never gonna get my parcel :/ Not gonna lie I‘m angry and bummed out.
