United StatesUpdate from my previous review - they were able to refund my A6 loose leaf and I got the FCC instead and this one fits! It must just be a problem with their A6 size, but really happy that their other sizes work because TRP inserts were hard to find!

I wish I read the recent reviews before purchasing. I purchased the A6 insert and like others have noted, the holes do not match up with the rings. Punching new holes to fit doesn't look good, reduces the usable paper space, and overall completely defeats the purpose of buying this product with pre-punched holes.. It takes too much time and effort to fix with poor results that I had to give up on the idea of using them as an insert.
