Once the shrink wrap has been opened, all sales are final regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction. We recommend carefully inspecting the exterior packaging upon delivery and contacting our customer service team immediately if you notice any damage to the shrink wrap or packaging that may have affected the product inside. All 2026 Complete Planners are sold as final sale items once the shrink wrap packaging has been removed or opened. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree that opening the shrink wrap constitutes acceptance of the planner in its current condition, and no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided thereafter. If your planner arrives damaged, you must contact us with photographic evidence of the damage before removing the shrink wrap to be eligible for a full refund.

Clear Cover:
Due to the nature of the plastic material, they can expand and shrink based on temperature and can also vary very slightly from cover to cover. As these were made to be a glove fit to our planners and notebooks, some might be a bit tight. However this issue can be resolved by using a blow dryer on the clear cover to relax it a bit and this would make the cover fit like a glove.
