Brilliant Planner !!
I’m so happy I pre-ordered that planner. Quality is amazing, my favourite fountain pens are a treat to write with on that paper. Thanks Catherine - you’re making my outlook on 2023 even better
My dream planner
This is as perfect as a planner can get, I’m not exaggerating. It’s like you looked inside my head and then created this notebook but made it so much more beautiful and functional than I could ever imagine. This is a 10/10 for me.
JUST RIGHT... my Goldilocks planner!
I am a former user of Hobonichi Cousin (which I loved, esp the vertical weekly pages, but could NOT make the dated daily pages work), Jibun Techo (I realized after buying that I hated the "digital" aesthetic) Hobonichi Weeks (which I wanted to love, but it was just too small for my needs), Midori Travelers Notebook (which I also fall in and out of love with because of all the notebooks--both a pro and a con), and current bullet journaler in a Stalogy B6 (which has been working great this past quarter, but I don't love drawing monthly and weekly calendars or numbering all my pages)... My planner is my 2nd brain and SO VITAL for my daily life, and I am in LOVE with my new Sterling Ink Common Planner!! All my frustrations or desires for the perfect planner have been answered! I have jumped into my Common Planner for the month of December since I was at the end of my current Stalogy 365 notebook (granted, I still have to draw my December weekly layouts for now!). The Common Planner takes everything I love about each of these planners and puts them into just what I have always wanted: a functional, minimalist planner that uses my favorite Tomoe River Paper (although it's the new Sanzen TRP paper), in a B6 size (not too big, not too small... JUST RIGHT), with all the calendars I need with a Monday-start, and LOTS of blank pages (with page numbers!!) for bullet journaling, note-taking, homeschool planning, memory keeping, etc. I know I will use every single page in this planner. Catherine has clearly put a lot of thought and love into all the details and creating the Common Planner to serve the needs of many people however they'd like to use it! I love the goal planning pages at the beginning with layouts that are flexible to use for goals, habit tracking, memory keeping, or whatever other creative ideas someone might have. Lay-flat binding, minimalist color scheme, no holidays (for international customers who don't want American or Japanese holidays pre-printed), numbered weeks on all calendars, etc... Plus, it's just BEAUTIFUL. I just love holding it. I got the mauve full-year, and it's a beautiful, feminine color that looks almost lavender, my favorite color. And I love the name. I have a commonplace notebook for collecting quotes from books I read and love, so the name of this planner was very special to me. AND, as an international customer, Sterling Ink service is impeccable. I couldn't believe that Catherine gave a flat $8 shipping rate (so cheap!!) AND tracking numbers for these orders to customers overseas! She made this whole process so seamless for something that I was anticipating more eagerly than anything I have ordered online! :) The pre-order process was great, and she is also so patient and prompt in answering customer questions which I really appreciated. Thank you for creating such a wonderful and PERFECT planner, Catherine! It's been a pleasure ordering from you and your lovely small business, and I look forward to ordering again in years to come!
This planner is amazing and what I’ve been looking for for so long! Every detail is executed with simplicity and sophistication.
